One monthly price covers the repeat work agreed for that business. It can include more than one task you are currently paying other people or companies to do, on the website or in the rest of the business. Adding to the plan can change the price, after a working test. The monthly price is set after that list is real, not before.
We look at the tools you already use first. Only repeat work you already pay someone else to do can be on the list, and only if those tools can run it. If a test draft does not work in those tools, that task is not part of your setup. One-off design, ads, and anything that needs its own paid license are out of scope.

We come back with a written plan: the list of tasks the monthly price covers, the monthly price, and how you approve work before it goes live or gets sent. The price is set after that list is real.
Adding another job you pay a vendor for is a change to that written list, and it can change the price. It is not an open door to every outside bill.
